He’s a genuinely good guy—he knows what he’s doing and kept his cool. He definitely had his challenges this morning, but even with the stump in the way, he kept smiling, stayed polite, and figured it out. He stuck with it and was determined.
I also called a few other people, but they wouldn’t pick up. When I talked to him, his attitude, demeanor, and ability to explain things made me feel confident. I’d rather pay more for someone like him because he knows what he’s doing. He was the bomb!
